WEEKAPAUG, RI -- Mrs. Nisbet, 80, departed this life February 1, 2004 in Westerly Hospital, RI. She was predeceased by husbands Perry Belmont Hazard and James Douglas Nisbet (the founder of Aero Plantation); her sister, Alice W. Schneider; and brother, Alfred D. Williams.
